At Zarelan, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Matching sets must be returned as a complete set (top and bottom together). Partial returns are not accepted.

Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
• A prepaid return label will be provided after your return request is approved.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Restocking Fees

• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
